Non-Immigrant Working Visa
The J1 visa is a non-immigrant visa category that allows foreign nationals to enter the United States for a temporary period to participate in various educational and cultural exchange programs. The J1 visa program is overseen by the U.S. Department of State, which provides sponsorship to organizations that offer approved exchange programs.
J1 visa holders are required to return to their home country at the end of the program.

A TESTIMONY OF FAITH IN GOD’S PLAN WITH DIDASKO Before applying to Didasko Solutions LLC, I had submitted numerous applications to various agencies and attended many interviews. In January 2024, I was working with another agency that offered me a J-1 visa for Florida. Although I received a Letter of Intent from the district in Florida, I was not assigned a specific school. My visa application was delayed due to the lack of a school name and salary details. After two months of waiting, I received an email from the district's HR in Florida, informing me that my degree in Special Education did not meet their requirements, and therefore, I would not be given a school placement. The agency then advised me to have my credentials re-evaluated by another institution. At that point, I felt discouraged and even considered giving up, thinking maybe it just wasn’t meant to be. My family also urged me to let go of my dream, telling me that reaching for the sky was too ambitious. But I’m not a quitter, and my desire to work in the U.S. kept pushing me forward. To ease my anxiety, I decided to continue applying to other agencies. That’s when I came across Didasko’s page on Facebook. In April 2024, I sent my resume and FCE to the email provided by Didasko, and that’s how my journey with them began At first, I didn’t take my application with Didasko Solutions too seriously, as they were offering an H-1B visa, and a friend had told me it was very expensive. However, I decided to give it a try. A few days after submitting my documents, I received a call from Miss Carla, the owner of the agency. Our conversation was casual, and I immediately felt comfortable talking to her, especially since she’s also "Bisaya." She was very accommodating and down-to-earth, and the conversation felt more like getting to know each other than a formal interview. Miss Carla explained the process I would go through if selected by a district in California, and she emphasized the advantages of the H-1B visa. This motivated me to shift my focus from the J-1 visa to pursuing the H-1B. I decided to give up on my Florida application entirely.Before being given a schedule for interview in California, I was informed that my sister had been diagnosed with cancer, and we needed to help cover her medical expenses. Feeling overwhelmed, I decided to let go of my dream of working in the U.S since I could no longer find a way to finance the possible expenses. On May 7th, even though I hadn’t yet secured an interview with the California district, I messaged Miss Carla to inform her that I wanted to withdraw my application in California. Ultimately, I gave up both the Florida and California opportunities.I lost hope but still I continued praying to God, I still have faith that God had different plan for me so I surrendered to his will. On June 5, 2024, I received an email from San Jose Unified District in California, scheduling me for a panel interview. I was surprised to be shortlisted despite my previous decision to withdraw. Miss Carla informed me that she had not canceled my endorsement because she believed in my potential and was committed to helping me. Encouraged by her support, I accepted the interview invitation. I was interviewed on June 11 and, fortunately, I passed and advanced to the next step in the hiring process: the background check. After the background check was successfully completed, I received an official contract on June 14. Everything proceeded smoothly from there with the help of Didasko. I applied for the H-1B petition on June 18, which was approved on July 25. I had my embassy interview on August 19 and arrived in the United States on August 22. I can confidently say that Didasko Solutions LLC exemplifies qualities that are highly commendable for any aspiring teacher looking to work in the United States. When I started looking for a teaching job in the USA, my goal was to find a position in California, as it is my dream state. I researched various ways to apply, trying DIY methods and even searching for agencies that deploy teachers to California. Way back July of this year , I was hesitant to continue my application for a teaching position in the US since I received many rejections and even had 2 jobs offers that didn’t went through for some reasons. I thought that my American dream will remain a dream for me. When this agency contacted me that i was one of the few who were selected to be interview with Palmdale SD, I was really doubtful and reluctant to show up on Zoom on the date scheduled. But God really made things fall into places. I applied in Didasko Solutions in the first week of October 2023. Got interviewed the following week, and arrived last week of December 2023 in USA. The steps given in preparing the documents were easy as a pie. The whole process in my application was clear and smooth.
